Privacy policy

What we collect

We collect only what you give us and what we need to run the site:

• Enquiry and consultation details. Your name, email, phone, organisation and the message you send. Stored in our CRM so a consultant can reply.
• Support ticket details. Your name, email, organisation and the description of the issue, stored as a tracked ticket in our helpdesk. Tickets raised through our support portal at support.techincglobal.com are held in that same helpdesk.
• Assessment answers. Your answers and score. Stored anonymously unless you give us contact details to receive the write-up.
• Site analytics. Page paths, referrer, coarse device class, country, and how far through the page you scrolled.

What we do not do

• We do not use third-party analytics, advertising or social tracking scripts. Analytics is first-party and stored on our own infrastructure.
• We do not set tracking cookies. The site uses one sessionStorage value to group events within a single browser tab; it is deleted when you close the tab and cannot identify you across sites or sessions.
• We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Why we are allowed to hold it

For enquiries, tickets and assessment submissions, our basis is your request — you asked us to get in touch or to help. For analytics, it is our legitimate interest in understanding whether the site works, using data that does not identify you.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and leads: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted.
• Support tickets: for the life of the support relationship plus 24 months, since ticket history is operationally useful to you.
• Assessment submissions without contact details: retained indefinitely in aggregate only.
• Analytics: raw events for 90 days, then only daily aggregates.

Who else sees it

Our own consultants, and the infrastructure providers who host our systems. As part of the SEBSA Group, group colleagues may assist on delivery where you are an existing client. Nobody else.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@techincglobal.com and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.

Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and held in access-controlled systems. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited server-side. Credentials for our backend are never present in the browser.
