What does legacy system modernization involve?

Do we have to migrate all our historical data?
No. We first assess what information the business needs in the new system and what can be archived separately. The migration approach can preserve the historical information required for operational, financial, reporting, or other business needs without bringing unnecessary legacy data into ERPNext.
Can you migrate data from our existing ERP system?
Yes. Techincglobal can assess data from existing ERP and business systems, map it to the ERPNext data structure, transform it where necessary, and migrate the required information into the new system.
How do you make sure the migrated data is accurate?
We establish reconciliation checks between the source and target systems and validate the migrated data against agreed criteria. Where differences are identified, they are investigated and resolved before the migration is finalized.
What happens to our transactional history?
Transactional history can be migrated or archived depending on the business requirements and the condition and structure of the existing data. We determine the appropriate approach as part of the migration strategy.
Can we keep our existing system running while ERPNext is implemented?
